We will be hosting 3 home track meets this season.

Thursday, April 14-High School Girls and Boys

Tuesday, May 3-Junior High School Girls and Boys

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up.

We need as many volunteers as we can to run the concessions smoothly. We would like all parents of JH and HS athletes to work 2 shifts per child/sport in the concessions. We will have concessions at the 3 home track meets, and future events this summer and next fall sports seasons so please volunteer your time to help. If your child participated in Football, Volleyball, Cross Country, Cheerleading, Basketball, or Wrestling this past fall and winter seasons, please sign up to help. If you work one of the track meets and your child is participating in track, you will be able to step out to watch your child’s events.

We are also looking for any other members in the community who are grandparents, aunts, uncles, family friends, and parents of elementary students who would like to volunteer in the concessions.

If you are unable to work the 2 shifts per sport, your HS child or other representatives can work for you. If your child is in High School, they will be able to get volunteer hours that go towards graduation if they work in the concession stand.

All profits from concessions goes back to the student athletes. As always, THANK YOU for your help and support!

CCHS to Host District Speech – Help Needed!

Posted on

CCFAB is looking for volunteers to help in a variety of ways as we support the speech program in hosting District Individual Speech on February 26. From setup on Friday evening, to timing and monitoring in session rooms to concessions and more, many hands are needed. Concessions sales at this event is a large fundraising opportunity for the CC Fine Arts Boosters, and with the loss of several major fundraisers in 2020-21, making this a successful event is even more important. Please share this sign-up link with anyone you think would be interested in helping:

Note: The CC Jazz Band is performing at the Coe Jazz Summit on this date and is scheduled from 12:00-1:00. For those attending to support Jazz Band, we hope you will still share some time to support the speech team and CCFAB by volunteering.
Please contact Denise Levenhagen, Speech Volunteer Coordinator, with any questions.
